Our gym is open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. We offer free open gym on Saturday mornings to learn how to use the equipment.
Equipment available includes: free weights, weight machines, treadmill, elliptical trainers, battle ropes, TRX, bands, agility ladders, etc.
Many classes Available: Tai chi and gentle yoga, Self-defense seminars, stick fighting, power and strength training, weight lifting seminars, and more! Personal evaluation and training available.
Multiple personal trainers on location, both men and women. Monthly & weekly memberships available.
