Hello VéloCity Friends and community members. Please assist us in helping Project Echelon, a local veterans non-profit organization, recover from an act of vandalism to their team van, which resulted in damages totaling in just over $1000. VéloCity supports and sponsor’s Project Echelon ( www.projectechelon.org), an organization that serves veterans by educating, equipping, and empowering them through physical activity and mentorship. As part of our relationship, VéloCity lets Project Echelon park their van in our parking lot. Sometime between Christmas day and Dec 27th their van was vandalized in our parking lot at a cost of over $1,000. Someone slashed the rear tire to gain access to and steal the catalytic converter from the exhaust system.

The cost to repair the damages came out of program funds they worked hard to raise for the purpose of supporting the veterans they serve and sharing their mission. We are hoping to raise the full $1,000 to repay Project Echelon for all the hard work they put in for local and national veterans.
